The hotel is at 8 rue Chambiges, in the 8th arrondissement, between avenue Montaigne and rue François-Ier, inside the Triangle d’or. Atout France classified it four stars on 16 March 2022, and the hotel’s own site agrees on 34 rooms and suites. The hotel’s website lists it among the boutique hotels of the Paris Hotels Charm group.
Rooms and practical details
Air conditioning is controlled room by room, a lift serves every floor and breakfast is a buffet from 7 to 11 am. The top floor holds a private 50 m² apartment, called L’appartement; the hotel does not say how many people it sleeps in the part of the site we read, so we make no promise about families. Small dogs and cats are accepted. The hotel has no car park of its own, and points to the public one at 19 rue Marbeuf.
Metro and sights
Alma-Marceau on line 9 is 400 m away (5 minutes). Franklin D. Roosevelt, on lines 1 and 9, is 600 m (7) and Pont de l’Alma on RER C 650 m (8). From our reference point on avenue George V, the Eiffel Tower is a 19-minute walk (1,551 m), the Louvre pyramid 20 minutes by metro and Notre-Dame 26.5 by RER C; from the Rond-Point des Champs-Élysées the Louvre is 12.5 minutes. Orly is about 50 minutes from avenue George V (42.5 from the Rond-Point).
