How we chose and ranked them
This list covers the 10th arrondissement, each hotel being located by its geocoded address inside the arrondissement’s boundaries. We took classified hotels only, put first the 9 we read by hand on their own sites, then added the 3 read automatically by stars and by distance to the nearest station. Our database holds 41 hotels in the 10th; the other 29, read by machine only, are left out, such as the 25hours Hôtel Terminus Nord (237 rooms). The rule is not a ranking of quality, and we quote no rates. For the hotels read automatically we state only category, rooms, address, stations and sourced facts.

The 10th has four administrative quarters: Saint-Vincent-de-Paul (0.93 km²), Porte-Saint-Denis (0.47 km²), Porte-Saint-Martin (0.61 km²) and Hôpital-Saint-Louis (0.88 km²). The Canal Saint-Martin, a listed monument, runs through the 10th with the Récollets and Temple locks, and both the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l’Est are in the arrondissement. Inside the arrondissement, the nearest stop of each hotel in this list is one of these:
- Louis Blanc (lines 7 and 7bis): nearest stop of Bloom House Hotel & Spa (10th list).
- Gare de l’Est (lines 4, 5 and 7 and Transilien P): nearest stop of Hôtel Les Deux Gares, Hôtel Holiday Inn Paris Gare de l’Est, Hôtel Este (10th list).

The 10th by area
- Around the canal: Hôtel Àmoi, Garbo, Citizen, Little Hôtel and, towards the Récollets lock, Le Robinet d’Or; Bloom House stands between the Gare de l’Est and the bassin Louis-Blanc. They are compared in our list of Canal Saint-Martin hotels.
- Around the two stations: Hôtel Este, the Holiday Inn Paris Gare de l’Est and Hôtel Habituel are one minute from a station, and Les Deux Gares two or three minutes from each; this side suits train arrivals and early departures rather than a stroll.
- In between: Providence, on rue René-Boulanger, is three minutes from Strasbourg–Saint-Denis (lines 4, 8 and 9), on the western side of the arrondissement; Le Grand Quartier, on rue de Nancy, is three minutes from Château d’Eau (line 4).
Reaching the airports and the centre
The Gare du Nord has RER B straight to Roissy: in the IDFM timetable of 13 October 2026, the ride from CDG 2 takes between 30.5 and 42 minutes, with a median of 35. Gare du Nord is also the Eurostar terminal. République, with lines 3, 5, 9 and 11, and Magenta, with RER E, add links; line 8 does not stop at République from 22 July 2026 to April 2027, because of works.

The 10th has no Sunday-trading zone, so Sunday opening of shops is not guaranteed; station shops are the exception.
