How we chose these hotels
A hotel belongs to the page when its postcode is 75019 and its geocoded point lies inside the arrondissement. We took twenty candidates spread across categories, six four-star, seven three-star and seven two-star, each ranked by distance to the nearest metro or rail station, and kept thirteen of them. Four have no file in our base (The Remix and the Hilton Garden Inn La Villette, four stars; the Campanile La Villette, three stars; the Net’sinn, two stars), and three more carry a doubt on the match between their name and the hotel’s site (OKKO Rosa Parks, four stars; Au Boeuf Couronné and Green Park Hotel, three stars); we left those out here. Three hotels have four stars, four have three and six have two.

Distances are calculated from the coordinates: straight line multiplied by 1.3, at 80 m a minute, to the nearest station. All thirteen files come from an automatic reading of each hotel’s official site, so we write only the official category, rooms, address, metro, the listed facts, and “the hotel says” when it speaks of itself. We never list prices.
Which corner for whom
The hotels fall into three clusters. At Porte des Lilas and Belleville (lines 11, 3bis, 2) stand La Belle Ville and the Atlas. Around the Buttes-Chaumont (lines 5, 7bis and 11), the Ibis Styles and the Perdrix Rouge. Around Jaurès, Stalingrad, Riquet and Crimée (lines 2, 5, 7, 7bis), eight of the ten two- and three-stars, five minutes from the Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, according to the Libertel. Apart from these, the Mercure stands at Porte de Pantin (line 5).

- Rail connections. Jaurès and Stalingrad, each on three lines; the hotels near Gare du Nord page covers the station itself.
- Budget. The 19th has nine two-star hotels, six of them above. For more choice, look at the 18th arrondissement or the 10th.
- A bigger house. The Mercure at Porte de Pantin.
- Centre of Paris. The 19th is far from it; see hotels in central Paris.
Atout France’s tourist tax in 2026 is €5.53 per adult per night in a three-star hotel; minors do not pay.
