Pullman Paris Bercy: the 392-room Accor 4-star by Bercy Village

A large hotel in Bercy Village

Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy stands at 1 rue de Libourne, in the 12th arrondissement, south of the Cour Saint-Émilion, the paved street of former wine warehouses now lined with shops and restaurants. It belongs to the Bercy administrative district. Atout France, the French hotel-rating body, classified it four stars on 5 August 2022 and counts 392 rooms, which makes it by far the biggest of our nine Bercy hotels. It is run under the Accor group’s Pullman brand.

No hotel in the 12th arrondissement is classified five-star: four stars is the top category there, and the Atout France export of 4 October 2026 lists 19 four-stars among the 73 classified hotels of Bercy, Quinze-Vingts, Bel-Air and Picpus.

Facilities

Its official page says it is the only hotel in the area with a pool, a spa and a private cinema operated with MK2, and credits the lobby to designer Tom Dixon. Our record adds a fitness room, a restaurant, a bar, air conditioning, family rooms, accessible rooms and pets. Detailed room descriptions were not read, so we do not describe the bedrooms.

Where it stands among nine

Bercy Village is a retail and leisure street, open every day and late into the evening; the hotel stands to the south of it. The other four-stars are small by comparison: Le 209 Paris Bercy has 47 rooms, Hôtel Riesner 38, Sleeping Belle 36, Maison Traversière 49 and Hôtel Parisianer 37. Hôtel Claret is the largest of the three-stars, at 52 rooms. The trade-off: facilities and a direct line to Orly here; elsewhere on the list, independent houses of a few dozen rooms, several near Gare de Lyon.

The area page, hotels in Bercy, compares all nine; the arrondissement list is hotels in the 12th arrondissement.
