The hotel stands at 4 rue de Valois, on the place de Valois, at the edge of the Palais-Royal estate in the Palais-Royal administrative district of the 1st. It is an independent house. According to the hotel, many rooms face the Palais-Royal, some with a balcony: superior rooms, junior suites, the Palais Royal suite and a panoramic suite. It lists family rooms, a lift and baby-sitting on request, and states that animals are welcome. The Holidermie spa has a jacuzzi, a hammam and a gym; Café 52 serves a weekend brunch with a terrace on the place de Valois.
