Where to Stay in Paris

Beside Les Invalides

Le Narcisse Blanc Hôtel & Spa stands at 19 boulevard de La Tour-Maubourg, near the esplanade des Invalides, in the 7th arrondissement. Atout France ranked it five stars on 9 December 2021 and counts 37 rooms. The hotel says it was inspired by Cléo de Mérode, the dancer regarded as a muse of the Belle Époque. It is independent, not part of a chain.

Spa, tables and suites

The spa is the hotel’s main equipment: a pool, a whirlpool, a sauna and a fitness room. The restaurant is called Cléo, the bar Léopold, and an honesty bar runs from 3 pm to midnight; room service operates from 6 pm to 3 am. Air conditioning is individual. Suites look either onto an inner courtyard or a “garden terrace” and take up to three guests. A handful of suites see the Eiffel Tower and the rooftops, but the hotel does not sell this as a category.
