Ten rooms at the foot of the hill

Manolita Paris is at 1 rue Lepic, at the bottom of the street where it meets the boulevard de Clichy, on the 18th-arrondissement side facing the Moulin Rouge area. The administrative quartier is Grandes-Carrières. The hotel is independent. Atout France, the national classification body, has rated it five stars since 16 August 2022, for ten rooms, and in the export of 4 October 2026 it is the only five-star hotel in the 18th arrondissement.

Rooms and services

The hotel describes its décor as Belle Époque and Art Deco, with furniture made in France for the hotel. Deluxe rooms of 25 square metres are listed with air conditioning and reinforced acoustic windows, and the junior suites measure 30 square metres, with rooftop views and a balcony in some. The hotel adds that the bar and the breakfast room look across the roofs of Paris, “notably the Invalides”.

There is a bar, Le Manolita Bar, but no restaurant. Breakfast is served from 8 to 11 and room service starts at 8. A baby cot is available on request and a concierge arranges babysitting and transfers. Accessibility, pets and parking are not mentioned on the pages we read.
